1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Condrox AI website at pcnorge.no (the "Site") or the pre-release chat at chat.html (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Service.
These terms are a contract between you and Tobias Østen, sole proprietor, located in Norway. The Site and Service are operated by Tobias Østen personally, not by a registered company entity at this time.
2. Pre-Release Status
The Site and Service are currently in pre-release. This means:
- The system may be unavailable at any time without notice.
- The system runs on a single machine and is not always online.
- Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unhelpful.
- Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
- No service level agreement (SLA) is provided or implied.
- No uptime guarantee is provided or implied.
- No support is guaranteed beyond best-effort email response.
You use the pre-release Service at your own risk. Do not rely on it for anything important.
Sensitive Questions: The Service will not answer questions that request sensitive, personal, or confidential information. This includes but is not limited to: personal data of any individual, financial information, medical advice, legal advice, credentials, passwords, or any content that could compromise privacy or security. Users must not share personal information in the chat. All conversations are processed in memory and are not persisted.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Site and Service for:
- Reading the published documentation, architecture, and research pages.
- Trying the pre-release chat for evaluation, curiosity, or research purposes.
- Contacting us via email for inquiries about the system.
- Linking to pages on this Site from your own website or publication.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Site or Service to:
- Send spam, abusive, threatening, harassing, or illegal content through the chat.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the server, API, or any underlying system.
- Probe, scan, or test the system for vulnerabilities without following the responsible disclosure process described on the Security page.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the system beyond what is publicly published on this Site.
- Use the Service to build a competing product without explicit written permission.
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission.
- Send automated requests at a volume that degrades the Service for others.
- Use the Service to process personal data of third parties without their consent and a lawful basis under applicable data protection law.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate blocking of your access and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, code samples, diagrams, logos, and the Condrox AI software itself, is owned by Tobias Østen and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. The Site content is published for reading and evaluation. It is not licensed for redistribution, modification, or commercial reuse without explicit written permission.
The Condrox AI software is not open source. No open-source license is granted. Source code access for evaluation may be provided under NDA to qualified parties. See the Governance page for licensing options.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tobias Østen disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or correctness of any response from the Service.
- Warranties that the Service will be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Warranties that any defect or error will be corrected.
The pre-release chat may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or nonsensical. You are responsible for verifying any information you receive from the Service before relying on it for any purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tobias Østen be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not Tobias Østen has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, the above limitation may not apply to you to the extent required by law.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
Tobias Østen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or Service at any time, with or without notice. He also reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be noted on the News & Updates page. Continued use of the Site or Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site or Service shall be resolved in the courts of Norway, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by emailing kontakt@pcnorge.no with a description of the issue. We will respond within 30 days.
Consumers in the European Union retain the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
10. International Users
The Site and Service are operated from Norway. If you access the Site from outside Norway, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. We make no representation that the Site or Service is appropriate or available in any jurisdiction outside Norway.
11. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as Gartner, BCG, AWS, Zenodo) for reference and citation purposes. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.
